Spanning Design & Development to Research & Publications, my work bridges modern trends like gamification, microlearning, and AI-driven personalization with proven principles from learning theories such as Constructivism and Andragogy.

Embeded Course

  • Condition: Collaborated with an Accessibility Technologist (SME), had access to specialists, and developed original content within a structured timeline.

  • Scope: A comprehensive course completed from start to finish, designed to educate professors and students on UAU Design Concepts​

  • Role: Led the instructional design, and managed the full development process using ADDIE, while also collaborating with the SME to ensure accuracy.

  • Condition: In a hypothetical scenario, developed a remote training program, addressing soft skills gaps with no specific budget constraints.

  • Scope: A new, full-fledged, online asynchronous training program designed from scratch on Rise and, successfully integrated into Canvas.​

  • Role: Led the instructional design and course development, creating storyboards, designing the course layout, and ensuring seamless LMS integration.

  • Condition: I developed the first 2 modules of the Inspire for Geometry course in collaboration with a Technical Specialist, ensuring alignment with Altair’s branding and guidelines, while adhering to a structured project timeline.

  • Scope: Complete course planning, creating engaging instructional materials to implementing new strategies for content delivery.​

  • Role: I led the instructional design and development efforts and also managed video production and editing, integrating AI voiceovers and project management.

  • Condition: Developed a comprehensive instructional design plan for Chemistry students at UTampa, addressing the lack of structured training in ChemDraw software, with access to faculty for guidance and feedback.

  • Scope: A complete training program delivered through an interactive Storyline presentation, including pre-instructional documents and additional support.​

  • Role: Led the instructional design process using the ADDIe framework while employing authorings and multimedia tools.
