My vision and aspiration are to thrive as an instructional designer or e-learning developer in the corporate or higher education sectors. Through tailored coursework and hands-on experience, I have developed skills in learning theories, technology proficiency, assessment and evaluation, and inclusivity. My background in both corporate and higher education enables me to design dynamic, interactive, and impactful learning experiences, making me well-equipped to excel in these roles.
